123 was a great house to live in as a student in Birmingham. The house itself was in a very good location - close to shops and campus, and it was relatively quiet. All of the rooms were a good size and in good condition as well as the communal areas. The house was well maintained by the landlord, who responded to any issues we had quickly (usually within a couple of days if it wasn't urgent). Overall, I would strongly recommend this house, and the landlord, to everyone.

The property is in a great location, easy to get to campus on foot, the property is really nice and well kept. Nice big kitchen and decent bathrooms. The landlord Paul is so friendly and helpful and was always very quick at sorting out problems and really nice to chat to.

The location, whilst it is little further than roads like Dawlish, is really good. It's only 20/25 minutes from campus. And five minutes from Morrisons and Aldi, and there will be a Lidl too soon (should be ready by the summer). The property itself is lovely, lots of space in the rooms (storage is good too). It's a semi-detached house, and the neighbours are lovely next door (either side). The people on the street are chatty and friendly, so that's always nice. The landlord is brilliant too. Any issues you have, he will happily sort them out for you very quickly. He's happy for you to contact him at anytime, call or text and he'll talk you through any issues or come and fix them himself. It's a really wonderful place to live for students.

"Really great time living here. Ideal location on a lovely and quiet street, close to Morrisons, Aldi, corner shops, and a 5 minute brisk walk to the train station into Birmingham and to the University. The house was well maintained and any problems were quickly sorted by the landlord, Paul, who frequently came round to check up on us, mow the garden, and make improvements to the property here and there. As for the landlord himself: lovely guy, always reachable, and would drop everything to come to the property and sort anything out. You could not go wrong renting here."

"I have lived here for 2 years and loved it. I wouldn’t be leaving if it wasn’t for graduating. The property is in walking distance from uni, Morrisons, aldi and loads of bars and restaurants. The neighbours are super friendly and helpful and I have felt very safe living here. I have also never had a problem parking. The house itself is lovely! All the rooms are equally nice with plenty of storage, there is a massive garden that Paul keeps freshly cut and a shared kitchen and lounge with everything you need. Most of all, Paul the landlord has been great! Any problems he has fixed ASAP and he is always quick to respond. He is also really friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomended!"

"The location for this property is ideal, within walking distance from Aldi and Morrisons. It's also easy to walk to and from the university and the medical school. Also five minute walk from the bus to town and uni and ten minute walk from selly station. A bit out of the main hustle of selly so a lot quieter which is ideal. The property is beautiful with a lovely garden. The living room area is spacious and all the windows and french doors let in so much natural light during the day. The bedrooms are all big as welll. Paul, the landlord, is so accomodating and helpful. Easy to contact, very friendly and always fixes any issues promptly."
